ovrimos_prepare -- Prepares an SQL statement

ovrimos_prepare ( int connection_id, string query )
     ovrimos_prepare() prepares an SQL statement
     and returns a result_id (or FALSE on failure).
    
    
Example 1. Connect to Ovrimos SQL Server and prepare a statement
